Peter gained British Institute of Management qualifications in the UK before studying higher management at IMEDE, Harvard and Nestle’s business school in Switzerland, followed by senior executive education at Stanford University.
His 20 years in property include managing Shanghai and Beijing residential projects in Australia and New Zealand for large Chinese developers. Since the GFC he has focused on the Auckland residential market, acting for Conrad Properties, Ray White, Bayleys and CBRE. Projects have included residential subdivisions, city fringe apartments, high-rise residential buildings and lifestyle developments.
Peter is passionate about building long-term business relationships based on ensuring property owners achieve high levels of profitability. He brings invaluable skills to RDCC and its clients, including:

Andrew holds a Civil Engineering degree and Diploma
in Business and Industrial Administration from Auckland University.
Andrew is a director of property development and project management company Landplan Property Services and brings over 45 years’ experience in engineering and project development, project delivery and management to the table.
Establishing Landplan Property Group in 1994 the company has undertaken the Development and Project Management role for many commercial & residential clients throughout New Zealand.
Andrew and Landplan has completed over thirty projects
of significance totaling over $420M in value.
Andrew is an expert of the entire project life cycle,
from planning, design, consenting, construction
and implementation.
