FOUR APARTMENTS AND RETAIL AT STREET LEVEL

With views from Milford across to Rangitoto, these apartments are magnificent! These architecturally designed units consisted of a detailed foundation, pre-cast panels and flooring. Meridian designed and Meridian Joinery manufactured the kitchens. The ground floor retail has been built to specific requirements.

APARTMENT BUILDING REDEVELOPMENT 7 UNITS

The redevelopment of this 7-Unit Apartment Building included a partial demolition, rebuild, reclad and extensions to the building.

This involved being in constant consultation with the stakeholders and working with the individual owners for all seven units to help each achieve their vision for their apartment. Meridian was also engaged as Head Contractor and worked closely with the designers and owners in developing a beautiful finished outcome.

This project took a building ready for demolition, and created a stunning contemporary apartment block.

FERNWOOD PLACE,
AUCKLAND, NEW BUILD

Meridian provided building services for Creating Communities Ltd for the Northern Glen Innes Redevelopment Project. These two projects were for eight private high-end houses, and the projects ran concurrently.

In total Meridian has completed 23 homes for Creating Communities, that are a mix of private dwellings and Housing New Zealand homes.

BLENHEIM EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRE | NEW BUILD

Meridian provided project management services for this project. 

This involved fixed price subcontracts through our connections at the Master Builders Association for carpentry, excavations and site works, concrete works, steel work, aluminium, joinery, plumbing, drainage, electrical, security, data & coms, mechanical, plasterboard linings, floor coverings, painting and landscaping. Completion of project was within time frame and to budget.
